Once everyone in the Senior Team is 100% on board with doing whatever it takes to turn the new vision into a reality … do each of them personally challenge and take responsibility for changing it whenever …
- They see or hear anything which is contrary to your “vision”, “values” and newly agreed winning day to day attitudes and behaviours?
- They encounter a situation which is negatively impacting on results?
“Yes?” or “No?” … “Maybe” or “Most of time” is a “NO”!
A “yes” to the above demonstrates real commitment and a genuinely congruent approach – doing whatever it takes to turn the vision into a reality by keeping everyone in the team focused and motivated to play their full part in “making it happen”.
One of our favourite adages is:It’s not in the knowing, it’s in the doing. If every individual in the Senior Team is not challenging and re-directing people every day – your change agenda is doomed.
