Following on from our TOSITA (The Other Shot In The Arm) videos explaining the power of our mind when it’s got the right belief, it reminded me of this historical example. (Please remember, the belief doesn’t need to be true)
In reality, our fate is in our own hands – and minds!
There was a general who was leading his army into battle against an enemy ten times the size of his own. Along the way to the battle field, the troops stopped by a small temple to pray for victory.
The general held up a coin and told his troops, “I am going to implore the Gods to help us crush our enemy. If this coin, when I toss it, lands on the ground with the heads on top, we’ll win. It it’s tails, we’ll lose. Our fate is in the hands of the Gods. Let’s pray wholeheartedly before I toss it”
After short and deep prayers, the general tossed the coin. It landed with heads on top. The troops were overjoyed and went into battle with high spirits, immense confidence and total belief. Just as predicted, the smaller army won the battle. The soldiers were exulted, “It’s good to have the Gods on our side! No one can change what they have determined”.
“Really?” The general showed them the coin. Both sides of it were heads.
The message here is simple and profound … make sure your mind is filled with the right beliefs – the beliefs you want to see in reality in your world.
Master this, and everything you desire in life will be forthcoming.
