Before lockdown on the 23rd March 2020, we at Sewells had been busy listening to our customers on how to improve and broaden our offering to continue to serve our customers in the best way possible and generate the levels of positive impact we are renowned for.
As an organisation, working with leaders to help them master the tools and techniques to make change happen and positively move all the key dials on the performance dashboard, we strive to improve across all our specialisms by continuously reviewing, refining and updating our content and approach. And this year before our Covid-19 induced “hibernation”, we’d been working twice as hard on improvements:
Apprenticeships: We are now on the Education & Skills Funding Agency of Apprentice Training Providers (RoATP) to deliver Team Leaders / Supervisor (ILM Level 3) Apprenticeship Training.
This apprenticeship is specifically for those who are new to management or those with experience who want to improve and learn more effective ways to manage and lead. As specialists in leadership development and landing change, we can work with you to developing outstanding new and improving leaders so that you can maximise the impact of your Apprenticeship Levy fund.
This means you can now invest your remaining Apprenticeship Levy with the UK’s best training provider!
NMCL: After a rigorous recruitment process we have been selected to become a Provider for National Manufacturing Competitiveness Levels (NMCL).
This is a system where manufacturing organisations primarily from Aerospace and Automotive (other manufacturing sectors are eligible to apply) can gain access to government funding to support improvement activities through training, coaching and mentoring.
The aim is to help beneficiaries of the programme understand how well they are currently operating, to identify the gaps for improvement and then working with those beneficiaries to develop specific capabilities to drive improvement and boost their overall competitive performance.
