- Chemistry Session – An initial 20 minute meeting/call between coach and coachee to check they are the right fit
- Initial Discovery – Understanding your current reality, aspirations, and the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be, this may involve Line Managers participation in the form of an initial “3-way” conversation.
- Goal Setting – Establishing clear, measurable outcomes for coaching
- Regular Sessions – Focused conversations that challenge thinking and generate insights
- Practical Application – Translating insights into concrete actions between sessions
- Ongoing Support – Access to your coach between formal sessions
- Progress Reviews – Regular assessment of development and adjustment of approach
